Our first step is to measure. This is where we take exact lengths for the rail. In order for us to complete this step, pre-existing wooden rails, posts, or walls must be removed with baseboard placed. This is not always the case, however it is common.
Utah code requires any stepping area over thirty inches must have a secured rail in place to prevent injury from falling. Entry ways, porches, stairs, lofts, balconies, decks, great rooms, and patios are the most common areas to see railings.
We will only secure into strong mounting locations in your home. If an issue does arise with your home we will address it prior to mounting the rail.
Once all the prep work is completed and the rail is completed and ready, installation typically takes less than one hour.
Our railings are welded three hundred-sixty degrees around all joints with strong mounting plates and bolts. This makes for a very sturdy rail!
