How much is it per foot?

Elements such as style, quantity, and time-frame must be factored in and will determine the cost for your specific project. We work with you to make sure your needs and desires are met for the design and budget you want.

What do I need to do to prepare for the work to be done?

Our first step is to measure. This is where we take exact lengths for the rail. In order for us to complete this step, pre-existing wooden rails, posts, or walls must be removed with baseboard placed. This is not always the case, however it is common.

What are the most common areas for metal railings?

Utah code requires any stepping area over thirty inches must have a secured rail in place to prevent injury from falling. Entry ways, porches, stairs, lofts, balconies, decks, great rooms, and patios are the most common areas to see railings.

Do I need to worry about the integrity of my home when installing metal railings?

We will only secure into strong mounting locations in your home. If an issue does arise with your home we will address it prior to mounting the rail.

How long does it take to install?

Once all the prep work is completed and the rail is completed and ready, installation typically takes less than one hour.

Will my metal railing ever become loose?

Our railings are welded three hundred-sixty degrees around all joints with strong mounting plates and bolts. This makes for a very sturdy rail!
